Barry Mankin is the owner of 4 Corners Environmental and strives to bring a holistic, comprehensive approach to his testing and evaluation of every space he encounters.  By combining his 25+ years experience in the areas of construction and maintenance, his extensive training in the areas of indoor air quality and testing, and his expertise as one of middle Tennessee’s top home inspectors, Barry can identify the “why” behind his findings in your home or business, and help you get to the root of the issues. He has a passion for equipping his clients with real solutions to mitigate any air quality risks that could affect their health.

Barry is also dedicated to his education and training to serve his clients in the best way possible. He is a member of NORMI, the National Organization of Mold Remediators and Inspectors, is a certified Spruce Radon professional, a corporate member of IAQA (the Indoor Air Quality Association), a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and has earned the designation of ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI), the highest level of ASHI membership available.
